Identity Verification and a first fiat deposit are required for fiat withdrawal. If you haven’t done so, please complete the Identity Verification by following this guide and make a first fiat deposit to add your bank account for both deposit and withdrawal. For more information, please visit this article.
-
Please ensure that you have sufficient balance in your Funding Account before making the withdrawal.
Step 3: If you have previously deposited fiat currencies to your account, Bybit will automatically link this account for withdrawal.
If not, certain payment methods will need you to make a first deposit using the same payment account and method to enable withdrawals to this account. Please carefully verify your information and check the Terms and Conditions before tapping on Continue to proceed.
Notes:
— Please make sure that the name on your withdrawal account matches the name that you've provided for Identity Verification on Bybit. Otherwise, the withdrawal may not be processed successfully.
— For certain payment methods, withdrawals can only be made to an account from which you’ve previously deposited funds. For new accounts, you can only proceed to make a withdrawal with that account after a successful deposit has been made. Please make sure to check the requirements for each payment method before making a fiat withdrawal.
— Certain payment methods enforce a restriction on the number of accounts that can be linked to your Bybit account for both deposits and withdrawals. You can add a maximum of 3 accounts for withdrawal.
— Upon submitting your withdrawal request, the requested amount will be temporarily placed on hold. In the event of a failed request, the designated amount will be returned to your Funding Account.
Step 4: After the receiving account has been set up, please confirm that all of your information is correct, and then tap on Continue.
Step 5: Enter your email address and Google Two-Factor verification code, then tap on Confirm. Make sure to tap on Get Code to receive an email verification code. If you encounter any issues while completing the email verification, please refer to this troubleshooting guide.
Step 6: Your withdrawal request is being processed. You will receive a push notification and email as soon as your withdrawal request has been processed successfully.
Notes:
-
Please note that a successful withdrawal does not represent the funds arriving in your account. The actual fund's arrival time will depend on the bank or service provider’s processing time.
-
It is not uncommon for your withdrawals to be pending for longer than the estimated processing time. This is usually an issue with the service provider and additional time is required to investigate the issue with the relevant parties. It is expected to take 7 to 14 working days.
-
Bybit Powered by SATOS-verified users will experience a 24-hour restriction on fiat withdrawals following their initial fiat deposit. You can find more information on the FAQ — Bybit x SATOS Partnership.
To view your withdrawal history, please tap on Orders in the upper right corner for more details.
