
Step 1: Go to the Bybit (powered by SATOS) Web or App Login page and enter the credentials of the deactivated account. Then, click on Log in.
Step 2: You will be redirected to a page mentioning that your account has been banned. Click on Request to Unban to proceed further.
If the system determines that your account poses a low-security risk, the unban request will be processed, and you can resume using your reactivated account. Once your account is reactivated, your account will be restricted from withdrawal (including Crypto Withdrawal and Fiat Withdrawal) for 24 hours.
However, if any suspicious activity is detected, you will be redirected to a Self-Service Unban page. There, you will need to follow the steps below to submit certain documents for review.
Step 4: On the Self-Service Unban page, you may be required to provide the following details for our Customer Support to review and process your unban request. The document(s) required may vary for different account statuses. The process will take approximately 5-7 working days.

Once you have provided the details, proceed to submit your request. Our Customer Support will review your request and contact you through the registered or contactable email address given. The process will take approximately 5-7 working days.
