    Can I use the same email address or mobile number to register another new Bybit (powered by SATOS) account after deactivating my account?

    No, you are not able to register a new Bybit (powered by SATOS) account using the same email address/mobile number.

     

    We would like to bring to your attention the following before you proceed with account deactivation:

    1) The registered email address that you used for this account cannot be used to create another Bybit (powered by SATOS) account.

    2) If your account is authorized with a mobile number, this mobile number cannot be linked with another Bybit (powered by SATOS) account.

    3) If your account has been KYC verified, you will not be able to verify another Bybit (powered by SATOS) account using the same ID documents and legal name.

    Can I login to my account after account deactivation?

    No, you will no longer be able to log in to your Bybit (powered by SATOS) account once you have deactivated your account.




    Can I reactivate my account after it has been deactivated?

    To reactivate your account, you can use the self-reactivation service follow the guide here. Please note that the self-reactivation service is not available for 24 hours after you deactivate your account.




    My account was hacked and I have deactivated it. How should I proceed?
