• Bybit App refresh: Force close your existing Bybit App and relaunch it. Please refer to the iOS or Android guide on how to force close an App inside your smartphone.

1) Bybit is an online trading platform. Traders need to ensure that they’re connected to stable, reliable and secure mobile broadband. 

• If you’re on the move, you may experience a  while in elevators, underground road tunnels, or trains, which can cause improper functioning of the Bybit App. 
• Instead of using mobile broadband, the Bybit team always recommends connecting to stable, fiber broadband when trading on the App.

2) Ensure that your Bybit App is updated to the latest version. 

• Depending upon your smartphone's operating system, the latest version of the App can be found in either the Google Play Store or Apple App store.

3) Constantly switching between Apps inside your smartphone — especially with prolonged periods between switching — may cause the Bybit App to become inactive.

• In this case, completely force close your App and relaunch it to refresh it.
