How can I confirm my VIP Trader status?

For Bybit website users: If you're a VIP Trader, your VIP Level will be visible when you hover your cursor over the profile icon. You can also check your VIP details here. 

 

 

 

For Bybit App users: please go to the profile settings at the upper left to see your VIP level.

 

 

 

Does my Subaccount receive the same fee rate as my Main Account? 

Yes, your Subaccount will adopt the fee rate of your Main Account.

 

 

 

How long will my VIP status be valid?

Your VIP level will be updated daily at 7AM UTC. Any changes to your VIP rate will be reflected in your account within 5 minutes after this update. 

 

When you no longer fulfill any VIP requirements, you will enter a grace period of 14 days. During this grace period, you can still enjoy all VIP benefits, including fee discounts. However, if you reach the end of this 14-day grace period without fulfilling any VIP requirements, your VIP status will be revoked, and you will no longer be able to enjoy VIP benefits. 

 

To regain VIP status and its associated benefits, you will need to fulfill the requirements of any VIP program again. If you meet the VIP requirements during the grace period or regain VIP status, a new 14-day grace period will be granted.

 

 

 

How can I view my current trading volume?

For Bybit website users: You can view your current trading volume and track the progress of other VIP requirements by hovering your cursor over the profile icon at the top right and selecting My Fee Rates.

 

 

 

 

For Bybit App users, navigate to your profile settings in the upper left corner and select My Fee Rates.

 

 

 

 

Will my transaction on Trading Bot or Subaccount be included in my VIP trading volume?

Yes, the transaction made on Trading Bot, or Subaccount will be calculated into your VIP trading volume.

 

 

 

I’m currently a VIP from another cryptocurrency exchange but haven’t met the requirement for VIP status on Bybit. How can I apply to be a Bybit VIP Trader?

Bybit's VIP Program welcomes VIP traders from other cryptocurrency exchanges. To apply, please send an email to premium@bybit.com with a screenshot attached, showing either your current VIP status from another cryptocurrency exchange or a trading volume from the other exchange reaching $1,000,000 for Spot. We’ll respond within 1-5 business days.

 

 

 

What are the responsibilities of a VIP Ambassador? 

A VIP Ambassador is dedicated to providing our VIP traders with invitations to exclusive events, access to private new product launches and walkthroughs, and arranging special gifts and surprises.

 

 

 

Is a VIP Ambassador the same as a Customer Support live chat?

No, our VIP Ambassador is not part of the Customer Support live chat. However, VIP traders will be given priority access to Bybit’s customer support live chat.

What are the differences between VIP Exclusive Fiat Coupons and Transaction Fee Discounts on Buy Crypto?

Can I apply VIP Buy Crypto Transaction Fee Discount to my Subaccount?

Currently, VIP Buy Crypto Fee Discount is not supported on Subaccounts. Only the Main Account supports Fiat Deposit and Crypto Buy. 

Where can I use the VIP Exclusive Fiat Coupons or Fee Discounts?

These can be applied during a Fiat Deposit transaction with any payment method or currency. Additionally, they are applicable to One-Click Buy using any Fiat balance or QIWI payment method. For example, you could use them to purchase coins with RUB via the QIWI payment method.

Can I combine VIP Exclusive Fiat Coupons with Transaction Fee Discounts on Fiat Deposits or One-Click Buy? 

Please note that VIP Exclusive Fiat Coupons and fee discounts cannot be used concurrently.

If my VIP level changes, can I still enjoy the benefits?

When you ascend to a new VIP level, you will be granted a VIP Exclusive Fiat Coupon that matches your new VIP level. Please note that your existing coupons will not be affected.

How can I claim my VIP Exclusive Fiat Coupons?

VIP Exclusive Fiat Coupons need to be manually claimed by users. Here's how you can do it:

 

1. Claim the coupons on the Fiat Bybit VIP page.
2. You can also claim them on the Rewards Hub. 
3. When placing an order for Fiat Deposit or One-Click Buy (payments made via Fiat Balance and QIWI), if the selected reward coupon is in Pending status, the system will automatically claim it for you.

Where can I view my VIP Exclusive Fiat Coupons?

Here are ways to view your VIP Exclusive Fiat Coupons:

 

1. You can check the status of your VIP Exclusive Fiat Coupons on the Fiat Bybit VIP page.
2. You can also view them in the Rewards Hub, where their status is displayed. 
3. When placing an order for Fiat Deposit or One-Click Buy (payments made via Fiat Balance and QIWI), you can check unclaimed or claimed (in use) VIP Exclusive Fiat Coupons.
