If you’ve encountered an issue during your credit or debit card payment process on Bybit, it could be due to several reasons. Please follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve your card payment issues.

Transaction not permitted
- A rejection by the card issuer for unspecified reasons

Please contact your card issuer for inquiries if you’re using a credit/debit card supported by Bybit.

Insufficient funds
|
Please make sure you have sufficient funds in your credit/debit card account. You may also use another card to place the order.
|
Do not honor
- The card issuer will not validate the transaction
|
Please contact your card issuer for inquiries, or try again later.
|
Invalid credit/debit card information:
- Cardholder name
- Card number
- Expiration date
- CVV
|
Please make sure the credit/debit card information you’ve entered is correct, and try again.
|
Billing address does not match
|
1) Please ensure that the billing address you’ve entered is the same as the billing address on file with the card issuer.
2) You can head to the User Center to update your billing address.
|
Card type is not supported
|
Please use an alternative credit/debit card supported by Bybit. Currently, Visa and Mastercard payments are supported. Please note that corporate cards are not supported.

Daily transaction limit reached
|
You may request an increase of your daily transaction limit with the card issuer.

In addition to the common reasons listed above, you may also encounter other issues. If you receive any error notification during the transaction, the corresponding tips will be provided on the trading page.
